The Staff

All Pro Futures Staff are FA qualified with both first aid and child protection accreditations including fully enhanced CRB disclosures. All of our staff have come to us through recommendation or by association and we are proud to say that our reputation has meant we have never had to place an advert to recruit staff ! Our staff also receive continuous in-house training to ensure that our drills and coaching sessions remain as innovative and fresh as possible keeping our players constantly stimulated and challenged. Our link with North West Kent College through the Dartford FC Academy programme also means that we can hand pick the best young coaches from the scheme and develop them to our high FA Charter standards. Pro Futures Soccer Schools Ltd Managing Director Simon Copley currently holds the UEFA A licence and works with West Ham United's Academy developing young players.
